Research Institutions
USF’s Center for Law, Tech, and Social Good is an academic center and training ground for the next generation of lawyers, lawmakers and policy-enforcers to think about technology, society, and the law in a balanced way.
The center focuses on bridging law and computer science to develop algorithmic solutions for digital compliance. Ensuring compliance with laws in digital processes is complex, requiring legal interpretation, process alignment, and continuous adaptation to evolving regulations. Since much of this work is still manual, it creates delays in audits and implementation.
CLARS operates at the forefront of a diverse range of socially significant issues that relate to commercial law and regulatory studies. The centre’s researchers work at the cutting edge on matters relating to environment and climate change as well as social and governance issues related to commercial and financial conduct and its regulation.

Copenhagen Legal Tech is a non-profit association working to make legal tech a Danish growth success story. Through collaboration and knowledge-sharing, the association fosters the next era of technology-driven innovation for law firms, corporations, and startups.
